B2B lead generation in Malaysia. Built on campaigns run there.

We book meetings with Malaysian decision makers through LinkedIn, email and, with permission, WhatsApp. Our founder has led campaigns here for consultancies, training firms, IT and payments companies, agencies and a food brand.

This page is what those campaigns showed: who buys, how they answer, and what made them book.

What made Malaysian buyers book.

Five things the reports credit, each from its own campaign.

  1. Teach before you sell.

Posts and messages explained the problem before anyone asked for a meeting. The year closed at 126% of the agreed target.

91 high-value meetings Process and lean consulting firm
  2. One sector, one message.

A gym owner and an insurance CFO have different problems, so four sectors got four messages, against five established rivals.

54 sales qualified leads Recurring payments platform
  3. Make it feel local.

Brands had grown picky, so every first message was written by hand, for that one reader.

95 sales qualified leads Influencer marketing agency
  4. Give big deals time.

At $40,000 and up, buyers were nurtured until they were ready. The client renewed for nine more months.

66 meetings IT staff augmentation firm
  5. New here? Start narrow.

An Indian firm with no network in Malaysia wrote only to C-level people at the biggest corporations, and tested two versions of every message.

LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting in Malaysia.

We set the meetings too. They are booked through messages, never cold calls.

LinkedIn leads

LinkedIn led every one of these campaigns. Email ran alongside in most. One added LinkedIn voice notes, events and posts; another wrote to open profiles by InMail.

LinkedIn outreach

WhatsApp, with permission

For buyers who stayed quiet on LinkedIn and email, a WhatsApp follow-up that asks first. A Southeast Asian freight campaign used it in Malaysia.

WhatsApp outreach

The working week

Most states rest on Saturday and Sunday. Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu rest on Friday and Saturday (overview), and Johor moved back to Saturday and Sunday on 1 January 2025 (Malay Mail). Worth knowing before a Friday send.

Data law

Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 lets anyone ask, in writing, to stop direct marketing to them (section 43). Its 2024 amendments came into force in stages in 2025 (DLA Piper). When someone says stop, we stop at once and log it. Plain words, not legal advice.

How we handle data and consent

Questions about Malaysia.

Do you have people in Malaysia?

No. We are based in Dhaka, two hours behind Kuala Lumpur, and we work in Malaysian hours. The calls happen on Google Meet or Teams.

Can you help a foreign company enter Malaysia?

Yes. One of the cases above is an Indian agile training firm with no network in Malaysia. Its campaign brought 54 qualified leads over one year from C-level people.

Which industries have you worked in here?

Consulting, corporate and ESG training, IT staffing, payments, influencer marketing and food. If yours is not on the list, we say so on the call.

What does a campaign in Malaysia cost?

We don’t publish prices on the site. There is one monthly fee, and what moves it is the channels, the number of markets and the size of the list. Our guide on what B2B lead generation costs explains how agencies price, and how we do.

Who do you sell to in Malaysia? Tell us on a call.

Thirty minutes on your buyers and your market. We say plainly whether outbound can work for you in Malaysia, and what we would do first.
